The title really says it all. It’s a great combo of crunchy and smooth, sweet and savory.
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 container plain greek yogurt
- Curry (1 tablespoon or so – to taste)
- Handful of dried cranberries
Mix and enjoy.
For a more complete meal, I’m sure this would be great with some chicken or tofu thrown in.
